Job Description

The Delivery Service Dispatcher plays a crucial role in handling billing disputes and the service for clients. The position involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching services, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Log incoming calls and create service tickets.

Schedule and dispatch services efficiently.

Assist with billing disputes and coordinate gas refills.

Address equipment safety issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Essential Skills

Strong customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in logistics coordination and dispatching.

Basic computer navigation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.

Basic computer literacy and quick learning of new systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

The role is based onsite in an air-conditioned office setting in Stuart, FL, with a collaborative team environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
