Supports one or more mid-level managers. Works in a diverse and more complex environment and includes some customer and executive contact. Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects composing letters and reports preparing/editing presentations and recommending or making purchase decisions. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing spreadsheet and basic presentation or database applications. Provides assistance training to other administrative staff may supervise other staff. Includes frequent/continual contact with customers and executives. Possesses strong interpersonal skills leadership negotiation analytical and problem solving skills. May also possess specialized industry skill/knowledge or knowledge of foreign languages.

Required Level of Education: AA
Preferred Level of Education: BA or BS
How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: Several years minimum working with hospitals/staff with scheduling and timecards. Preferably in the KP system SCAL
Specific Systems Knowledge Required: MS Office Excel Outlook Word etc
Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Mainframe timekeeping system used in KP SCAL

Expected Shift: 06:30-15:00
Top Three things Worker will be doing: Timecard edits KP Schedule entry/edits contact with employees for missed timecard punches
Top Three Skillsets needed: Professional/excellent communication skills attention to details quick learner
Anything else important we need to know to fill your role?: This role covers approx 170 staff members timecards. Time edits are done daily and all edits need to be accurate and completed by end of the pay period every 2 weeks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.50/hr.
