Housekeeper at West Yellowstone Conference HotelStart Date: April 1, 2026End Date: November 10, 2026DNC Parks & Resorts of West Yellowstone, Inc. d/b/a West Yellowstone Conference Hotel, located in West Yellowstone, Montana, seeks twelve (12) full-time, temporary Housekeepers who will be responsible for ensuring all sanitation guidelines are followed when cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, linen, laundry and public areas at West Yellowstone Conference Hotel's property. These include vacuuming floors, dusting, emptying wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area. Replenishing supplies per housekeeping procedures, disinfecting bathrooms, and ensure all linen, laundry rooms and work areas are neat, clean and organized. Interacts on occasion with guests while cleaning guest and meeting rooms, and assists guests as needed (such as by providing them with on-hand room supplies including towels or toiletries). Reports maintenance repair problems to supervisor and ensures all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis. Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, carry, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Will report directly to the Executive Housekeeper at West Yellowstone Conference Hotel. Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employer's expense.Travel is not required.Daily transportation to and from worksite is not provided. Employee housing is within walking distance to worksite. On-the-job training is provided. Wage: $18.88 - $20.88 per hour, paid weekly. Overtime is available at $28.32 - $31.32 per hour. Employees may be eligible for period wage increases based on performance or other factors. When offered, associate could be eligible to receive a seasonal or any other available bonus. When offered, the amount is dependent upon length of season the associate worked, and work performance. Whether or not to use the bonus for the season is up to the discretion of the Leadership Team.Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 5:00am to 12:00pm or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, is $85.00 per week. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck.Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker's sole benefit, including but not limited to health insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
