ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking executive administrative assistants with at least a Secret clearance to work on-site in Arlington, VA or Wright-Patterson AFB, OH supporting a government customer. The Executive Secretary/Admin Assistant will provide executive-level administrative tasking by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, managing tasks, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare correspondence; assist with travel vouchers; receive visitors; arrange conference calls; schedule meetings.

Support Outlook calendar upkeep; issue standardized invites; collect briefings within 24 hours as requested; assemble read-ahead materials

Draft/distribute meeting minutes; record/track action items; maintain office files/records.

Execute basic DTS tasks (authorizations/vouchers) and ensure traveler inputs are correct per office guidance.

Track office supply levels; draft PO requests and route to GPC holder after Government approval.

Assist with in/out-processing and monthly updates to org charts/rosters/phone lists.

Education and Experience:

BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position preferred. Associate's degree with 8+ years of experience or general development education with 14+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS.

2 to 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Demonstrates familiarity with Department of War and Joint Organizations.

Must be a United States citizen.

Security Clearance:

Minimum of an active DoD Secret clearance required. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
