Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for execution of Configuration Management (CM) practices using Crane approved PLM systems. Responsibilities include change coordination, including changes to configuration data items, production releases to manufacturing, system data, engineering and marketing documentation, and customer submittals. Responsible for after-release actions into Crane ERP system from both PLM systems. Responsible for investigation and troubleshooting for integrator errors from PLM to ERP system. Responsible PLM administration and business-related projects to ensure CM practices are followed.
Essential Functions:
Understanding of operational requirement documents for business requirements in the form of site procedures; i.e. GEN, EIS, AEP, SOP, WI's, etc.
Maintains the daily activities for product configuration, documentation, and the Product Lifecycle Management Systems
Working with PLM Applications team in the development and upgrading of PLM Systems
Support Customer Submittal processes, accessing customer portals, ShareFile, etc. following CUI requirement for file sharing
Generate BOMs and part numbers using Crane approved PLM systems to control the product structure throughout its lifecycle
Implements document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control and records management, along with updating and writing new CM procedures
Maintain Configuration Management system - Perform PLM system management tasks including testing and implementation in a sandbox environment
Responds to changing technology environment and participates in decision making activities relating to customers' needs
Acts as key interface between functional areas and document control processes
Make recommendations on system and process improvements and management policy changes
Crosstrain and support onboarding of new associates. Deliver training to PLM users
Any other task assigned by your supervisor or management
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience : 10+ years' experience of document management/configuration management experience in a technology environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Knowledge : 2+ years of Agile/TeamCenter PLM software system administration; Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment
Skills : Proficient with MS Office Suite; Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to work on a team
Education/Certification : High School diploma or equivalent
Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
CMII certificate preferred
Familiar with ITAR/EAR Export requirements, AS9100, EIA-649 and knowledge of quality standards

Pay range: $41.34. - 50.00. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
