Temporary full time from April 12, 2026 - Nov. 15, 2026
Employees will be required to prepare, maintain, and operate farming equipment/machinery, such as tractors, seeders, drills, plows, sprayers, combines, grain carts, etc., to top dress, plant, harvest, wheat, peas, lentils, and haul small grains and pulse crops from the fields to the holding facilities. Employees will be required to operate blade/grader to eliminate water washouts that don't allow farm equipment to pass through the fields and roads. Employees will be required to operate and maintain all fans, if any, on grain bins, along with being able to operate and move augers to correct grain bin locations.
General farming duties such as servicing and repairing, along with basic facility maintenance/upkeep due to weather damage and everyday use. Increased wages and or bonus may be offered depending on experience.
Applicant must have 1 month experience with agricultural equipment. Applicants hired must have an active driver's license from their home State, Country or an International Driver license and be able to obtain a valid State of Montana driver's license, as driving on public roads may be required.
