IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR DATA ENTRY ACCOUNTING CLERK, START NEXT WEEK

FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-430PM

WHITE PLAINS, NY (IN OFFICE ONLY)

$21/HR

Qualifications:

Associates or bachelor degree in Accounting

Prior office work experience preferred

Microsoft Excel skills

Detail oriented

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting and administrative tasks while balancing time-sensitive and urgent requests to ensure all deadlines are met.

Perform routine accounting procedures efficiently and accurately, including data entry, reconciliations, and validations.

Maintain strong time-management skills to prioritize workload and support timely completion of accounting functions.

Support departmental productivity goals by meeting established turnaround times and accuracy standards.

Participate in departmental quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.

Coordinate and compile financial and operational data from multiple sources, verifying accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
