The Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Residential Construction Divisional Pro Manager to lead a team of 8-10 individuals across the United States. This role is essential in aligning with the Home Depot and Lowe's Pro ecosystems, supporting end user lead conversion opportunities, and expanding trade partnerships specifically within the residential construction sector, focusing on Framers, Roofers, Trim Carpenters, Electricians, and Plumbers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing training support on end-user sales and product knowledge.
Alignment with Home Depot and Lowe's Pro Ecosystems:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Home Depot and Lowe's Pro ecosystems, focusing on residential construction professionals.
Ensure alignment with the strategic goals of our retail partners to maximize touchpoints with Residential Construction Pros.
Leverage avenues for lead generation and conversion within the retail partner ecosystems.
Lead Conversion Support:
Implement strategies to support lead conversion and drive sales growth within the residential construction market.
Develop and execute plans to engage end-users and convert leads into sales.
Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics to ensure targets are met.
Grow Trade Partnerships:
Identify and cultivate new growth opportunities within the residential construction Pro Market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, including Framers, Roofers, Trim Carpenters, Electricians, and Plumbers, to drive engagement and sales.
Develop and execute strategies to grow trade partnerships within each retailer.
KPI Development, Implementation, and Accountability:
Define and manage performance metrics for the team to ensure accountability and tracking of key conversion and sales metrics.
Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Training Support:
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and opportunity planning for the team.
Ensure the team is well-equipped to maximize conversions and sales through continuous learning and development
The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields; relevant construction field experience could be a substitute for higher education.
5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record of delivering results; 3+ years of direct managerial experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Valid Driver's License and physical ability to travel up to 50% within territory assignment.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
