WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Warehouse Associate you will:
Create shipping labels and track incoming and outgoing equipment
Provide weekly reporting on equipment returns and shipping labels
Align with the Equipment Recovery Team, andinitiateswift action on all returns pending return
Manage cases by pulling new tickets daily and ensure completion
Tracking upcoming organizations needs andanticipatingvolume for shipping and equipment stock based on new employee hiring across North America.
Flexibility to work Monday- Friday startingfrom7am-9am through 3pm-5pm.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Warehouse Associate role include:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance- Required.
Must have good Eyesight for attention to details-Required.
Standing for extended periods of time-Required.
Utilizing the forklift or pallet jacks- Preferred but notrequired.
Receiving and unpacking returned equipment.
Refurbishing, cleaning, shipping, or packing equipment daily.
Preparing equipment (Including PCs)in a timely mannerfor upcoming classes and tickets.
Ensuring that all printed tickets are packed and on the loading dock prior topick up.
Ensuring that the depot is clean, not limited to: Sweeping, wiping down tables, taking out cardboard/trash, and putting items in their respective areas.
Tracking all equipment to and from users.
Assistingwith minor repairs and imaging as trained.
Preparing newly ordered equipment withina timelymanner and entering it into our systems.
Utilizing our internal PowerApps or documents to track special projects.
Other job duties as needed in the depot
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

The base salary rangefor this position is $18.00-$18.50 hourly(pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
