Hiring a Physician Assistant!

Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the office clinically, carrying a small panel of patients initially, with potential to expand. This role requires a strong internal medicine experience and the ability to handle high-touch patients in a luxury concierge primary care setting.

Responsibilities

Carry a small panel of patients and conduct check-ins.

Support the office clinically, including reviewing labs and initiating patient visits.

Handle clinical questions and patient communications.

De-escalate challenging patient situations.

Demonstrate strong initiative and leadership in patient relationships.

Confidently troubleshoot clinical scenarios independently.

Provide administrative support and clinical documentation.

Essential Skills

Healthcare medical knowledge.

PA License.

Understanding of medical terminology.

Strong experience in internal medicine.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

New York license required.

Personal interest in longevity peptide therapies and biohacking.

Ability to provide a 'luxury touch' to patient care.

Experience with high-end clientele is a plus, but not strictly required if willing to learn.

Work Environment

This position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The work environment is a hybrid model, with one to two clinical days per week in the New York office, and the rest conducted remotely. The practice is part of an exciting growing field in longevity and peptide therapies, appealing to those with a personal interest in these areas. It provides an opportunity to work in a boutique setting, offering a unique protocol on top of basic care, which is less likely to lead to burnout compared to academic medicine.Hrin

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
