Job Description Summary
This role will regularly interact with senior leadership and executives across the company and is best suited for someone who wants to grow in their Finance career and contribute to GEHC's Research & Development goals, company's purpose, and drive tangible outcomes. There will be two direct reports supporting these activities and collaborating across the organization.

Job Description
This role has three main pillars and will provide:
Company-wide R&D and WWPP finance leadership (~$2B of annual Program Spend across 300+ programs)
FP&A leadership for STO (~$260M annual cost across 5 sub-functions)
Operations Finance leadership for Advanced Technology (sub-function of STO and ~$80M of annual cost
Roles and Responsibilities
Global R&D Finance & WWPP Leadership (Enterprise R&D consolidation)
Lead the annual WWPP review cycle with CEO/CFO; closely partner with Segment Finance, Group FP&A, CTOs, and regional leaders.
Consolidate global R&D financials ; provide storytelling, trend analysis, and prioritization insights.
Provide NPI updates for both Board level reviews and Investor relations team, as appropriate.
Govern WWPP policy , finance parameters, and NPI business case frameworks.
Drive 100% compliance with PPM tool (Project Performance Management) as the single source of truth for NPI tracking
Scale R&D Power BI dashboards to enable ROI-based program ranking and portfolio optimization.
Perform regular audits to drive governance and full compliance of WWPP finance policy
Partner with Group FP&A to integrate WWPP outputs into LTS, Budget , and BOD review cycles
Lead three L0 NPI innovation metrics at company level - NPI Vitality, L0 Lighthouse NPI Orders and Launch Bowler
STO FP&A Leadership (Primary FP&A owner for $260M+)
Consolidate and report monthly/quarterly results for all STO sub-functions (Digital Product & Engineering, AIML, Advanced Technology, Care Pathways and Marketing teams).
Execute pacing, closing , income walks, R&O, Capex, FX analysis, and DR submissions.
Lead the annual Long-Term Strategy (LTS) and Budget cycles for STO with Group FP&A and Strategy.
Develop executive dashboards and presentations for the STO GM/CFO and technology leadership.
Drive adoption of Power BI and digital reporting for cost, headcount, and T&E performance.
Partner with STO HR on Restructuring modeling, headcount planning, and financials impact.
Advanced Technology & R&D Ops Finance Leadership (Owner of $80M+)
Lead M/Q pacing and closing to deliver on quarterly and annual Targets
Lead three planning cycles (WWPP, LTS and Budget) to develop solid bottoms-up estimates and tied to operational parameters.
Partner with HR to track hiring, reconcile headcount, and ensure accurate forecasting.
Develop R&D strategy for Adv Tech function, roll-up financials at R&D program/project level and update PPM tool for cost tracking and effective capital allocation.
Lead business case modeling (NPV, IRR, Payback) using enterprise R&D analytics and Power BI.
Deploy operational reporting to drive transparency and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; 10+ years financial experience (or 12+ years without a degree).
Strong FP&A background with group-level exposure and senior leadership interaction.
Experience leading complex consolidations and cross-functional programs.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Essbase/Hyperion and Power BI.
Exceptional communication skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Strong critical thinking skills and proactively assess risks and opportunities on the portfolio.
Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment and navigate ambiguity.
Desired Characteristics
MBA, CPA, or completion of GE/GEHC finance leadership programs.
LEAN or Six Sigma experience with demonstrated process improvements.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $172,000.00-$258,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
