Description We are looking for a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Thousand Oaks, California. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to perform administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors while ensuring an attentive and friendly reception experience.

Manage the front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring calendars are properly updated.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document copying.

Monitor and replenish office supplies, placing orders when necessary.

Provide clerical and administrative support to staff as needed.

Ensure adherence to office procedures and maintain security protocols. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles.

Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems, including switchboards with 1-10 lines.

Strong skills in answering and directing inbound calls professionally.

Ability to perform receptionist duties with attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Experience in part-time receptionist roles is a plus.

Familiarity with basic office equipment and administrative processes.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
