Supervisor - Revenue Cycle

Description The Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in overseeing teams that drive key Revenue Cycle operations. This position leads and manages staff responsible for essential functions across multiple service lines and payer @types-including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and specialty arrangements-supporting all Swedish acute ministries and affiliated clinics. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage teams that support critical Revenue Cycle functions. Oversee Denials Management operations. Direct Billing and Follow-Up activities (Regulatory and Commercial). Manage Accounts Receivable processes. Ensure accurate and timely Cash Reconciliation. Maintain operational excellence across diverse payer @types and service lines. Support revenue cycle performance for all Swedish acute ministries and associated clinics. Providence Swedish caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: preferred fields: Finance, Business or Healthcare --or-- Equivalent educ/experience 6 years of experience in revenue cycle, healthcare, banking or finance, or cash applications or billing or denials or follow-up in a healthcare system or large financial services organization 4 years of leadership experience Preferred qualifications: 2 years of Epic Healthcare Systems experience Why Join Providence Swedish? Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
