You will conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Control access points by verifying identification and/or authorization, managing visitor processing, and directing deliveries according to site requirements.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.

Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate key updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Secret clearance is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
