Job Summary and Qualifications

This position will cover clinic days on Tuesday and Thursday in Pain Management.

Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation

Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing

Policy and procedure development

Participation in program evaluation activities

What qualifications you will need:

(FNP-BC) Family Nurse Practitioner Certification

Masters Degree

Active DEA and BNDD registration preferred or able to obtain
