We are currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish Phlebotomist to work in a client office . In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (must be flexible); Saturdays as assigned

Work Location: Silver Spring, MD

**Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. Job Responsibilities:**

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collect payments when required

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Maintain patient and specimen information logs

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel to additional sites when needed

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required

At least 1 year of compensated, hands-on phlebotomy experience in a clinical or laboratory setting (preferred)

Proven phlebotomy procedures on patients of all age groups (preferred)

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Reliable transportation required

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
