Overview The Warehouse Coordinator (formerly Supply Chain Coordinator - SCC) is responsible for ensuring proper system set-up and that run right processes are in place to drive high levels of service performance at the Marysville Distribution Center (DC). The Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC) serves as the day-to-day operational liaison between PepsiCo and 3PL warehouse partners, ensuring disciplined execution of core supply chain processes. The role is accountable for monitoring service, inventory, compliance, and cost drivers while enabling site leaders to identify risks early and drive corrective actions. The SCC translates standards into daily execution, provides visibility through accurate reporting, and escalates issues with clear data and recommended actions to protect service, financial integrity, and compliance. The Coordinator serves as the subject matter expert for technical systems and will ensure that all systems are set up properly.

The Coordinator will be responsible for effective collaboration and communication with other roles in the DCs and Region to drive service results.

The Coordinator will leverage available tools and reports to understand the performance and opportunities at the DC and act to proactively address challenges.

The Coordinator will investigate invoice adjustments to determine the root cause.

The Coordinator will have accountability for all Service Metrics.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $41,300 - $65,950.

Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.

Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.

Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.

Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.

Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.

Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.

Qualifications

High comfort level with Warehouse Management Systems and computer work

Warehouse/Logistics experience and general supply chain knowledge

Understanding of dashboard reporting tools

Strong Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Intellectual curiosity and comfortable receiving/providing feedback to others. Organized and disciplined approach to issue resolution.

Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly

Ability to recognize process gaps, develop solutio
