Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 2 days per wee k, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Onsite Monday and Tuesday

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for maintaining patient files, retrieves medical records and performs clerical activities in support of the SIU (Special Investigations Unit).

How you will make an impact:

Protect the security and integrity of medical records to ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained in compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

Maintain patient files and retrieve files for scheduled appointments.

Respond to requests for medical records.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Medical records experience.

Basic proficiency using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
