Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes

Perform data analysis and reporting using intermediate to advanced Excel functions, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs

Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and billing functions as needed

Help maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and day-to-day tasks

Demonstrate flexibility by supporting various projects and tasks across the finance department

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs

Motivated to learn, grow, and take initiative ("go-getter" attitude)

Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach

Exposure to billing, AP, or AR functions is a strong plus

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Previous internship or work experience in an accounting or finance environment

Experience with accounting software is a plus

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
