What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and managing a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.

Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite. :::

Manage and maintain office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. :::

Handle data entry for key programs, utilizing specialized systems to track and manage customer information. :::

Coordinate office logistics by managing appointment calendars, scheduling meetings, and ordering necessary supplies. :::

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Access, and Word. :::

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. :::

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain meticulous records. :::

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check for facility and system access. :::

Experience working in a military or government environment is a plus.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation: $

23.48 per hour.

Benefits Package: An additional $5.09 per hour is provided to cover health and welfare benefits. :::

Paid Time Off: The position includes paid federal holidays, two weeks of paid vacation after the first year, and 56 hours of paid sick leave annually. :::

Work-Life Balance:

A consistent 40-hour work week with a Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM schedule. No overtime required.
