Position Summary...

The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis to support Walmart's nationwide supply chain operations. This field-facing role supports labor strategy by analyzing variable costs and performance drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization opportunities across multiple distribution centers. The Manager partners closely with Operations, HR, and Analytics to deliver actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, lead process improvements, and clearly communicate financial results to senior leaders, enabling optimized operations, accountability, and operational excellence at scale.

About the team:

The Supply Chain Finance team collaborates with Operations, HR, and Analytics to optimize labor resources across Walmart's extensive distribution and fulfillment network. The team delivers strategic financial guidance, develops accurate forecasts, and utilizes advanced analytics to enhance productivity and manage variable costs effectively. By supporting operational partners, the team plays a key role in driving efficiency and cost control. This position contributes directly to Walmart's commitment to operational excellence and everyday low prices by ensuring sound financial planning and insightful analysis within the supply chain.

What you'll do...

Manage detailed labor and financial models to support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve labor productivity.

Deliver insightful financial reports and variance analyses to site leadership.

Drive continuous improvement through automation, data visualization (Power BI), and digital transformation tools.

Support strategic projects with ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling to guide business decisions.

What you'll bring:

Strong business acumen and proven ability to translate complex financial insights into strategic recommendations.

Experience influencing cross-functional partners and presenting to senior leadership.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and BigQuery for financial and operational data analysis.

A passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement in large-scale environments

Raymond, New Hampshire US-06030: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
