SALARY: $95,000 - $110,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Manager for Wicked Weed will be accountable for supply chain oversight for the brewery. This role will directly manage all brewery inventories (counts, loss, and throughput), coordinate with internal teams for direct shipment and network inbound management, scheduling and materials planning. This role will ensure successful delivery of products and provide best in class delivery service to wholesalers and distribution centers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, grow, and manage the Supply Chain Department including master scheduling, demand planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and wholesale support for all brands.
Communicate and implement AB-INBEV North American Zone strategies.
Lead change initiatives, benchmark best practices, and develop new processes.
Facilitate and improve the use of LOW's, allocations, and Ordering systems for brewery products.
Coordinate with the Brewery Scheduler to maintain a current master schedule that keeps all company brands in stock at wholesalers or meet the strategic plan.
Manage the brewery warehouses and shipping plans efficiently and effectively.
Responsible for weekly order routine and resolution of mis-shipment claims.
Works closely with the brewery leadership team to maintain and adhere to all BPA/PPA (brewing and Packaging Plan attainment) and budgetary performance metrics.
Responsible for Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Scheduling, purchase order entry, materials receipts, inventory management, and the production schedule.
Reconcile inventory.
Assist in planning & execution of events at local brewery level.
Responsible for leading Warehouse Safety.
Responsible for the Logistics VPO pillar.
Responsible for Warehouse and Logistics team development.
Responsible for managing Variable Logistics and Supply Chain Obsolescence budgets.
Lead change initiatives, benchmark best practices, and develop new processes related to supply chain/warehouse/ and logistics.
HACCP, GMP, PRP, Safety, OSHA, and regulatory compliance champion for the supply chain department.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management or related field preferred.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems required
Experience with SAP Orchestrated Beer (OBEER) preferred
4+ years of experience in Operations Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience in the beverage/alcohol industry strongly preferred
High level of organization and proven success managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively and take initiative.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other office related software.
Knowledge of Brewery regulatory compliance, beer science, craft beer and culture.
Comprehensive understanding of all operational stages of a manufacturing facility's internal and external supply chains.
Ability to compile, interpret, and communicate data in audience-relevant formats.
Strong presentation skills. Ability to deliver impactful communications to groups of varying sizes and compositions.
Experience managing new manufacturing buildouts and/or large-scale facility improvement projects.
Strong data entry and analytical skills.
