Manager, Program Management, Workplace Hospitality - Booking Coordination

The (USA) Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and aligning initiatives to meet business and customer needs. This role oversees program performance, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company policies and ethical standards. By mentoring and developing associates, managing expectations, and delivering insightful performance reports to senior leadership, the manager supports strategic objectives and promotes a culture of accountability, adaptability, and operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
The Hospitality team oversees the complete booking and coordination of meeting and event spaces, ensuring exceptional service through proactive communication and solution-focused support. Collaborating closely with associates and internal stakeholders, the team facilitates business-critical meetings and large-scale events by streamlining processes and applying operational expertise. Emphasizing accountability and relationship building, the team supports a positive associate experience while maintaining consistent service standards. Their efforts contribute to efficient event execution and strong business partnerships, driving successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
What you'll do...
Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
Analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions..
Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership, managing expectations and escalating critical issues as needed.
Foster accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
