FINANCE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Duration: 3 Months - 150 hours (Temporary Assignment)
Job Summary:
The Finance Intern supports the Finance Department by assisting with expense processing, vendor onboarding, and general administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial operations, reporting, and compliance procedures within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Travel & Expense (T\&E) Reports accurately and timely.
Prepare and submit Check Requests for payments.
Assist with travel arrangements for employees as needed.
Support vendor check printing and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain vendor invoices electronically for record-keeping and compliance.
Submit new vendor information to Vendor Management for onboarding.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Finance team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Education Level: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program
Education Details: Business Administration or Finance
No prior work experience required; academic coursework in Finance preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to bank policies.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Licenses and Certifications: None required.
Physical Activity & Work Environment: Standard office environment; minimal physical demands.
Supervision Responsibility: No

Compensation: Paid internship as per university credit requirements.
