Kubricky Construction Corp., a leader in today's civil construction industry is looking for Laborers to join our growing team. You will become a valued member of a family owned and operated company that prioritizes safety above all and does a variety of work including, but not limited to, heavy highway construction, bridge building and remediation and dam rehabilitation. You will gain vast construction experience and have opportunities to grow within the company.

Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer).

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Perform a variety of tasks thatwill include having to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods oftime, stretch, walk, climb, and bend under potentially adverse fieldconditions and be able to perform visual tasks such as back up spottingand be able to hear and react to back up alarms, per safety protocols.

Following safety rules,regulations and procedures is mandatory

Perform tasks involving physicallabor at heavy construction projects

Perform selected demolition andremoval of concrete and asphalt materials, fixtures, and otherconstruction debris using mechanical and non-mechanical methods

Dump, spread, and tamp asphalt torepair joints and patch broken pavement

Perform roadside landscaping worksuch as clearing weeds and brush

Shovel, pour ad spread asphalt,concrete and other materials

Maintain a clean job site: pickup all tools and equipment and secure job site each day to eliminatepotential hazards.

Lubricate, clean and possiblyrepair machinery, equipment and tools

Perform material handling andstorage

Load and unload trucks and hauland hoist materials

The candidate must be willing towork long hours when required, some weekends and possible night work

Be flexible and able to take andfollow orders in an independent or group setting

Have the ability to work inextreme weather conditions

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GEDpreferred

Must pass a pre-hire drug screen(Drug Free Employer)

Must have a valid driver'slicense or reliable transportation to report to work on time

Current OSHA 10 card holderspreferred

Must be willing to travel tovarious job sites

Ability to orally communicatewith all workers and representatives on job site

Compensation:

Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.

Base salary range:

Laborer $30,400-$77,500

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
