Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pay & Incentives: Starting at $17.50/hr + SPIFFs and bonuses Increases to $18.75/hr after 6 months Increases to $20.25/hr after 6 months contract-to-permanent placement assignment

Paid 3 week training Position Overview: As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing product or service information. Your friendly attitude and attention to detail will help create a positive customer experience and foster long-term relationships. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies Troubleshoot problems and offer efficient solutions Document all customer interactions in our systems Work collaboratively with colleagues to boost customer satisfaction Achieve daily performance goals

Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or GED (associate's degree preferred) At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask using multiple systems Strong problem-solving and organizational skills detail oriented attitude and a passion for customer care Commitment to complete three-week paid training TalentMatch®
