Warehouse Associate - 1st and Mid Shifts available

Job Description

This role involves working in a warehouse setting, focusing on logistical tasks such as picking orders and preparing them for shipping. The position is entry-level and includes labeling products, conducting quality inspections, and assisting wherever needed. Responsibilities also include unpackaging incoming freight, checking it into the system, and assembling hoses and tubes for military projects.

Responsibilities

Pick orders and prepare them for shipping.

Label products before shipment.

Perform quality inspections on the final product.

Assist in various tasks as needed within the warehouse.

Unpackage incoming freight and check it into the system.

Help with assembling hoses and tubes for military projects.

Essential Skills

Experience with production, packaging, and order picking.

Ability to operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and RF scanner guns.

Proficient with inventory software and cycle counting.

High School diploma required.

Work Environment

Work in a somewhat noisy but clean and well-maintained production facility. The environment is climate-controlled in both winter and summer, with investments in new equipment to enhance efficiency. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
