City Wide Facility Solutions - Mt Diablo is seeking a Part-Time Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) to support client relationships and service execution across assigned accounts.

This role is focused on client management, service coordination, and quality assurance. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, independent contractors, and operations leadership to ensure services are delivered consistently and issues are resolved quickly.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, operational follow-through, and measurable performance impact - without full P&L or contract negotiation responsibility.

Time Commitment

Approximately 20 hours per week

Flexible scheduling with availability for periodic on-site visits

Combination of field visits, client communication, and administrative coordination

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain strong communication with independent contractors regarding performance and expectations

Respond promptly to client concerns and facilitate timely resolution

Document service activity, feedback, and follow-ups within CRM systems

Coordinate scheduling adjustments and service requests

Monitor account health and proactively identify service improvement opportunities

Escalate operational or contract issues to leadership when appropriate

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by:

Client satisfaction and retention within assigned accounts

Timely resolution of service issues

Quality assurance walkthrough compliance

Responsiveness and communication standards

CRM documentation accuracy and consistency

Compensation

Requirements

2+ years of experience in facility management, operations, customer service, or building services preferred

Strong relationship management and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems

Reliable transportation for local site visits

Must reside in the Inner East Bay of the Bay Area (Concord, Dublin, Livermore, Tracy, Antioch, etc.)

Bilingual - English/Spanish an asset
