Administrative Assistant

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Manage mail, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to client emails

Perform data entry and run reports in our enrollment database

Review applications for accuracy and maintain confidential information

Prepare and distribute correspondence, letters, forms, and faxes

Keep computer and manual filing systems organized

Requirements:

At least 2 years of administrative experience

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficient user of MS Office

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
