Role summary:
As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive customer value and business growth. This role requires expertise in data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and product roadmap ownership. You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer needs, optimize processes, and deliver scalable solutions using modern methodologies. About the team:
The Member's Mark Community team collaborates closely with Sam's members and Product Development to co-create private label products that address member needs. This team drives business impact by developing tools that enhance engagement and provide early product access. Focused on product strategy, roadmaps, and data-driven decisions, the team aligns customer insights with business goals. Members contribute to innovative solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously improve product offerings, delivering exceptional value through effective product management and a customer-focused approach.
What you'll do:
Analyze product and feature data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlog with stakeholder alignment.
Conduct customer research and journey mapping to optimize product experiences and address gaps.
Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans effectively.
Drive product development using Agile methodologies, MVP creation, and iterative optimization.
Monitor emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to guide innovation and technology adoption.
Influence and build consensus among stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in product strategy development and execution, including roadmap creation and MVP delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment and communicate complex product visions clearly.
Proficiency in data-driven decision making, utilizing analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize product performance.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product innovation and competitive positioning.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
Ability to research and address customer needs through journey mapping and process optimization.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
