As a Front Desk Officer in a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, verifying credentials, issuing badges, and supporting access control. You will monitor activity from the desk, document incidents, and communicate clearly with site leadership and Allied Universal teams to help reduce security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $15.42 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Control access to the manufacturing location by greeting arrivals, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs.

Monitor access control systems and front desk communications, and report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through the appropriate channels.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.

Support facility operations by coordinating check-ins for deliveries and service providers, directing visitors to the proper areas, and assisting with routine administrative tasks related to the post.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
