Description We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes within our organization. This role is vital in maintaining compliance and delivering precise financial reports, while also improving efficiency in accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

Manage month-end close processes, ensuring all financial activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Oversee general ledger activities, maintaining organized and reliable accounting records.

Conduct financial statement audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance.

Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Prepare and review journal entries to maintain precise financial documentation.

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Analyze financial data and reports to provide insights for decision-making.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and ensuring team productivity.

Collaborate with other departments to improve accounting processes and resolve issues.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Strong expertise in month-end close procedures and general ledger management.

Proficiency in conducting financial statement audits and account reconciliation.

Solid understanding of preparing and reviewing journal entries.

Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory compliance.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Effective communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.
