Communicate effectively with individuals and groups, both verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates.
Drive and implement business plans for your area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety, while introducing operational improvements.
Forecast staffing needs and monitor workload and performance results to meet business demands.
Manage data driven teams, and aid in developing approaches to eliminate loss and ensure reliable operations of both equipment and facility.
Ownership of preventative and predictive maintenance programs to drive downtime and equipment availability.
Lead training and upskilling of technicians on new and ever evolving Automation technologies.
Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and developing counter measures.
Manage financial aspects by tracking expenses against budget, monitoring asset utilization, and analyzing business reports.
Ensure compliance with company logistics, quality, and safety standards by maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
Oversee maintenance operations, including warehouse equipment, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, refrigeration equipment, and building repairs, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations (OSHA, NFPA, DOT, etc.).

Have strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing associates and leaders.
Ability to work and communicate effectively within a dynamic and fast paced NextGen Automation team.
Have an understanding of PLC and Automation controlled systems, and the ability to learn and grow with these systems.
Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and can resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns effectively.
Demonstrate financial acumen with experience managing budgets and capital expenditures.
Are knowledgeable about maintenance operations and regulatory compliance standards.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Maintenance, Controls, Electrical) and 1 year of experience in an operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environment with responsibilities including: supervising and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload across multiple departments, participating in hiring and promotions. OR at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with the same leadership and staffing responsibilities listed above.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
