Quarterly Business Reviews
Out of Cycle Forecasts
Annual Budgeting
Finance RLT updates
Pipeline Health Reporting
Monthly Market Share Reporting & Analysis ( Includes Signings, Openings, Ground Breaks & Removals)
Quarterly IR Updates and presentations
EC/ AMER Market Board Updates
What we need from you
5+ years progressive work related experience in multiple areas of accounting and/or capital projects management and reporting, financial and/or business analysis, accounting, or a related area, with 5 to 7 years managing teams and/or significant complex projects
Demonstrated ability to assess and understand a variety of internal and external economic and financial issues impacting the business, analyze data, forecast future business trends, and develop effective financial plans based on business assessments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to address all levels within the organization and gain consensus.
Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft, Tableau, GOLS or similar financial software for financial reporting, analysis, and presentation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required.
Demonstrated ability to scope projects, develop actionable plans, influence others, present convincing arguments, and manage conflicting viewpoints.

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $106,000 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
