Job Summary
As Consumer Cellular continues to invest in brand growth, customer acquisition, and expanded marketing capabilities, we are seeking a Finance Manager with strategic insight, analytical rigor, and a passion for driving performance. In this role, you will partner closely with the Marketing organization to deliver financial leadership that accelerates ROI, improves spend efficiency, and supports data driven decision making. You will serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to Marketing-owning the full marketing budget, leading investment modeling, and shaping the financial frameworks that enable scalable customer and revenue growth. This role blends strategic forecasting, performance optimization, and operational execution in a fast paced, high growth environment. You will also own the oversight of company growth and churn performance across each sales channel and product line, ensuring clear visibility into customer dynamics and their impact on revenue scalability.
You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.
What You Will Do:
Financial Leadership and Strategy
Own end-to-end financial management of all Marketing budgets, including spend planning, pacing, forecasting, performance measurement, and ROI optimization..
Develop financial strategies that establish scalable frameworks that support long-term customer acquisition, retention, and brand-building objectives.
Partner with Marketing leadership to define financial goals, KPIs, and investment strategies aligned with corporate growth priorities.
Marketing Investment Strategy & Performance Management
Evaluate financial risks and opportunities across marketing programs, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and governance standards.
Guide investment decisions across channels (digital, traditional media, brand, lifecycle/CRM, retail, and sponsorships) based on financial modeling and performance insights.
Build ROI models for campaigns, promotions, and new initiatives to guide spend optimization and forecast revenue impact.
Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Process Optimization
Lead financial planning cycles-including budgeting, monthly close, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Prepare executive-level financial reporting including variance analyses, marketing efficiency dashboards, and scenario modeling.
Streamline financial processes across Marketing and Finance to improve accuracy, agility, and cross-functional alignment.
Drive cost discipline and operational improvements by collaborating with Marketing Operations, Analytics, FP&A, and Accounting teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership
Facilitate cross department alignment by leading regular business reviews that connect marketing performance, financial outcomes, and operational priorities.
Work closely with sales and device product teams to model the financial impact of promotions, price changes, and acquisition initiatives.
Champion financial tool enhancements, automation, and reporting improvements to enable better decision-making and forecasting accuracy.

Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
6 years of Progressive experience in financial planning and analysis and business-partnering roles
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting
Experience supporting Marketing or other high-growth, investment-heavy business functions, preferred.
Proven ability to manage large budgets and communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial partners.
Results-driven and highly motivated with the ability to strike the right balance between detail-focused and grasping the big picture
Demonstrated success working in ambiguous environments; excited to lead the creation of new business processes
Highly proficient with Excel, with mastery of sophisticated modeling and analysis techniques
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with PowerPoint, PowerBI, and CPM experience such as Hyperion, OneStream or equivalent

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)
Minimum Salary: $105,000
Maximum Salary: $147,000
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
