Construction General Laborer

Growing Construction Company in Brainerd is seeking to hire multiple general laborers to join their team.

We are looking for full-time, long term candidates, these are year-round construction positions!

Candidates will be doing water restoration and some demolition work all around the Brainerd area. MOST of the work is local work where candidates are home each night, but there is occasionally an overnight stay here and there. When traveling, employees will receive Per Diem to cover costs as well! Candidates must be comfortable lifting 50 pounds frequently throughout the day, and can't be afraid to get their hands dirty. Candidates must also be able to work OT as needed, as some jobs you work until the job is done! Most weeks candidates are working 50+ hours per week.

Previous construction experience is preferred, but we will train candidates who are interested in working a career in the construction field. If you have experience using hand/power tools, we can train!

Pay is based on previous experience and skill level.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
