Job Title: Per Diem Construction Laborer
Job Description
Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, raking, grading, and material handling.
Assist with trenching and installation of underground utilities such as water, sewer, storm drain, and conduit.
Support earthwork operations , including site cleanup, compaction efforts, and preparing work areas for heavy equipment.
Spot and guide equipment operators to maintain safe distances and prevent utility strikes or hazards.
Install pipe, bedding, backfill, and related components under direction of utility crews.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
