Kitting Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Kitting Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Kitting Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Kitting Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Kitting Manufacturing Technician

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24/hr

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

Assemble, stage, and issue kits required for medical device manufacturing processes.

Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates to ensure accuracy.

Complete kitting documentation and inventory transactions in compliance with FDA, cGMP, GDP, and ISO standards.

Support inventory control and maintain organization within cleanroom or controlled environments.

Participate in safety protocols, daily safety exercises, and support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to follow detailed written SOPs and work instructions accurately.

Basic math skills including counts and measurements.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work early morning or mid-day shifts and overtime as needed.
