Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cabot, Arkansas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks and supporting various business functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient calendar management for team members.

Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information or direct calls to the appropriate department.

Assist with budget planning and tracking processes, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Organize and manage virtual meetings using platforms such as Cisco Webex.

Process and manage expense reports through Concur, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Utilize CRM tools to update records, track client interactions, and maintain data integrity.

Collaborate on marketing initiatives involving banner ads and promotional materials.

Support HR and payroll functions using ADP systems.

Monitor and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using ADP systems for payroll and HR functions.

Familiarity with CRM software for managing client relationships and data.

Skilled in handling virtual meetings and events using Cisco Webex.

Experience with Concur for expense reporting and tracking.

Ability to manage calendars and schedules efficiently.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
