As our Operations Specialist on the Private Client Services team, you'll be the key point of contact for departmental-specific technology, training, operational procedures, employee work audits, and carrier/vendor educational opportunities. In addition, you will provide proactive client service to an assigned book of business in order to stay current on industry trends and provide strategy and market guidance to team members. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Working knowledge of Private Client Services with 5+ years of industry experience Demonstrated knowledge in relationship management Ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables with effective problem solving and resolution skills Strong organizational, project planning and management, analytical and multi-tasking skills Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills State Property and Casualty License High School diploma or equivalent These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Bachelor's degree in related field We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
