Become a T&D Operations Volumes Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. The Operations Volumes Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for establishing and sustaining a single source of truth for historical operational volumes reporting across T&D Capital and O&M commodities. This role leads a team of SCE and supplemental workers, and partners closely with Operational Planning & Cost Performance team.
This position is ideal for a manager who excels at setting direction, enforcing standards, and driving cross-functional alignment in complex data environments. The role directly supports operational excellence, performance transparency, and the Cost Per and Volumes framework.

Responsibilities
Manages creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with the organization's strategic goals; establishes benchmarks and targets to measure and evaluate performance across di?erent areas such as ?nancial, operational, and customer satisfaction and employee productivity.
Manages collection of relevant data from various sources, including ?nancial statements, operational systems, customer surveys, and market research; analyzes and interprets this data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
Manages the creation of performance reports and dashboards that clearly and concisely present key metrics and trends; shares these reports with stakeholders to provide a comprehensive view of the organization's performance and track progress towards strategic goals.
Works with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and projects; ensures that performance measures are aligned with the organization's strategy. Cascades to different levels of the organization/integrate performance management systems, such as balanced scorecards or OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Identifies areas for performance improvement based on data analysis and insights. Collaborates with cross- functional teams to develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and process improvements that drive e?ciency, productivity, and cost savings; monitor the impact of these interventions and make adjustments as needed.
Assesses and monitors risks that may impact business performance. Identifies potential risks, develops risk mitigation strategies, and establishes monitoring mechanisms to ensure that risks are effectively managed; provides recommendations for improving resilience and addressing emerging risks.
Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that performance metrics are aligned with strategic objectives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives that enhance e?ciency and productivity; facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to communicate performance results, share insights, and gain buy-in for performance improvement initiatives.
Evaluates and re?nes performance management processes and methodologies continuously.
Stays up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies; participate in benchmarking exercises to compare performance against industry peers and identify areas for improvement.
Supports change initiatives by providing insights on the impact of changes on performance metrics
Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that performance metrics are aligned with strategic objectives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives that enhance e?ciency and productivity.
Supervises team to include development, process improvements, resource allocation and sta?ng, coaching and performance management
A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, ?nancial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other @types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
Five or more years combined experience performing or leading Business Performance Management function.
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience in data governance, operational data, or analytics operations
Experience overseeing data migrations or complex system integrations
Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, SAS, Power BI, Power Query, or similar platforms
Background in utilities, energy, T&D, or asset-heavy operational environments
Experience implementing data quality, documentation, or continuous improvement programs
Ability to guide teams through organizational change, system transitions, or new data governance expectations.
Bachelors degree in a technical, analytical, or business field.
Additional Information
The position's work mode is remote. Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Hiring organizations can add further requirements related to specific jobs.
