Robert Half is partnering with a respected organization to identify a polished and highly capable Customer Service Representative who excels in client-facing environments and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, clear communication, and acting as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities may include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems

Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex concerns when appropriate

Documenting customer interactions accurately and maintaining detailed records

Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution

Processing requests, orders, or service updates in internal systems

Maintaining a professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions

Identifying recurring issues and proactively suggesting process or service improvements

Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, call center, or related roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism

Strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems

Ability to de-escalate situations and manage challenging conversations effectively

Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
