Manpower is proud to support Acushnet Company, the manufacturer of Titleist, the #1 ball in golf. We are seeking Manufacturing Operators to join a high-performing manufacturing team committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Flexible Weekday Schedule + Consistent Weekend Shifts

This role provides a dependable schedule every weekend, paired with flexible weekday hours selected after the training period. You will work:

Two 12-hour weekend shifts , and

Two additional 8-hour weekday shifts

This structure offers predictable weekly hours with the added benefit of double time on Sundays.

Here are your weekend schedule options!

Weekend A - $20.08/hour

Friday: 11pm-11am

Saturday: 11pm-11am

Weekend B - $20.08/h + Sunday Double Time

Saturday: 11am-11pm

Sunday: 11am-11pm

Weekend C - $20.08/h + Sunday Double Time

Friday: 11pm-11am

Sunday: 11am-11pm

All weekend schedules are paired with 2 flexible weekday shifts , making your total hours consistent each week.

What is the training schedule?

To ensure your success, all Weekend Shift Associates must complete a structured training period:

Monday - Friday

1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift for several weeks

Provides comprehensive instruction in equipment operation, safety, and quality standards

Upon completion, employees transition to their permanent weekend schedule and choose their preferred weekday shifts.

What are your Key Responsibilities?

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

Perform quality checks and material handling

Maintain accuracy and consistency in all tasks

Meet production targets and operational timelines

Follow all safety procedures and standard work instructions

What are Your Qualifications?

Reliable transportation to and from the facility

Minimum 6 months of mechanical or machine operation experience

Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English

Professional and respectful communication skills

Willingness to work overtime as needed
