Growing Multibillion Dollar ETF Issuer | ETF Operations Manager

Comp: 150,000-200,000 base + bonus (200,000-250,000 total depending on experience)

Location: Remote preferred | Fairfield, CT or Miami, FL offices

The Role

Lead day-to-day ETF operations across a lean, expanding platform. Oversee trust operations, NAV oversight, vendor management, and process controls while supporting new launches and continuous improvements.

Key Focus

Manage daily creations/redemptions, settlements, reconciliations, and NAV validation

Liaise with custodians, fund admins, and transfer agents to resolve breaks

Maintain SOPs and reporting packages for leadership

Enhance automation, scalability, and control frameworks

Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Portfolio Management across fund lifecycle events

Requirements

You Bring

4-7+ years ETF operations or fund admin experience within an issuer, admin, or custodian

Strong command of ETF mechanics, reconciliations, and data integrity

Nice to Have

ETF launch experience, derivatives or option-income familiarity, and light automation skills (SQL/Python).

Vendor management and process-control mindset

Working knowledge of Eze OMS, Bloomberg PORT, or similar systems

Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, growth-stage environment
