What you'll do...
Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized @type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately. But the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.
We are hiring for a Full-time 1st shift Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management for our Central Fill in Frederick, MD. This position is not remote and requires working onsite.?? Minimum qualifications or preferred experience : Familiarity with parts ordering and CMS systems. Work Schedule: 1st Shift (Candidates must be available to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM) Salary - Hourly Wage: $18.00/hr + 10% RPZ (total of $19.80/hr)
Job Duties Include:
Communicate with Customers, suppliers, and other Walmart associates verbally and in writing.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Manage supply deliveries by unloading supplies from trailer manually or with powered equipment; sorting and distributing supplies to appropriate location; and conducting on-hand supply counts.
Maintain inventory by conducting on-hand supply counts; ordering merchandise; tracking purchase orders; keying and maintaining data; and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing logs and forms (for example, purchase orders).

Visually verifies information, often in small print.
Reads information, often in small print.
Visually locates merchandise and other objects.
Visually inspects equipment.
Safely operates large power equipment.
Reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Safely operates a motor vehicle.
Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.80 - $25.20The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
