About the role

We're searching for an IT & D Regional Senior Manager with an innovative spirit to help lead Reckitt's technological growth in the UK. As part of our vibrant IT & D team, you'll craft strategies that exceed business goals while empowering your team of managers to excel in service delivery. Your role is pivotal in fostering relationships that shape the future of our industry. Your responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to hit business targets and drive growth.

Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of quality and excellence in service delivery.

Cultivate and sustain relationships with crucial stakeholders, creating robust networks across the business landscape.

Analyse market dynamics and competitor approaches to seize emerging opportunities.

Adhere to company policies, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while managing budgets prudently.

Champion digital strategies, cyber security, data privacy, and digital transformation projects company-wide.

The experience we're looking for

Proven background in senior management within the IT & D sector.

Track record of driving business performance and meeting commercial objectives.

Accomplished in leadership, with refined people management capabilities.

Skilled in communication, capable of connecting and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.

Agile and efficient in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Expertise in digital strategy, cyber security, data governance, and stakeholder relationship management.
