Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will operate material handling equipment daily to ensure efficient warehouse operations. You will be responsible for loading and unloading deliveries and occasionally conducting inventory counts by hand. The work environment includes refrigerated sections, with temperatures as low as -10 degrees.

Responsibilities

Operate material handling equipment daily to support warehouse operations.

Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Conduct inventory counts by hand as needed.

Work in refrigerated areas, rotating in and out as part of a three-person crew.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

Experience with reach trucks.

Knowledge of inventory procedures and picking processes.

Ability to use RF scanners for inventory management.

Skilled in material handling and pallet jack operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in shipping and receiving operations.

Ability to work in cold environments, spending 25-30% of the time in the freezer.

Work Environment

The work environment includes very cold conditions, as you will spend part of your time in a freezer. The warehouse operates a three-man crew, maintaining a laid-back atmosphere. Shifts typically run from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility to start later if needed.

$24/HR

This is a Contract position based out of Waterloo, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
