As a Security Officer - Hotel Lobby in Bradley, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet and assist employees and visitors, document observations, and communicate clearly with site contacts and your team. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site management and/or public emergency services as directed by post orders.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Monitor access points and authorized entry procedures, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and maintain visitor and vehicle logs according to site policy.
Complete timely reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate shift updates to Allied Universal leadership and on-site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
Guard Card/License is preferred.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
