Job Summary and Qualifications
The Manager, Growth Marketing, Service Lines reports to the Director, Growth Marketing and Service Lines. In partnership with corporate-based service lines, regional leadership teams and Marketing & Corporate Affairs (M&CA) stakeholders at the corporate, group and division levels, this role will support strategic growth marketing plans by collaborating, managing and executing on all marketing tactics - both unpaid and paid.
This position works closely with M&CA stakeholders (including brand, communications, Marketing Shared Services Organization, operations, and community engagement) and other internal partners (such as Strategic Resource Group, Network Optimization) on behalf of service line clients.
In addition, the Manager will lead efforts to optimize paid and non-paid tactics through performance measurement and ROI analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires strong project management skills, including status reporting, timeline management and coordination of deliverables. The Manager will also prepare stakeholder engagement materials, meeting decks and presentations - serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for service line clients.

What you will do in this role:
Leadership & Collaboration
· Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across Marketing & Corporate Affairs (M&CA), service line teams and internal partners.
· Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing best practices and optimization recommendations with service line stakeholders.
· Deliver comprehensive updates and readouts on activities, performance and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
· Prepare meeting materials, presentations and stakeholder engagement decks to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
· Engage regularly with M&CA and service line leaders to make agile adjustments based on evolving priorities and market dynamics.
· Coordinate closely with the Marketing Shared Services Organization to ensure timely, high-quality support for service line marketing initiatives.
· Oversee project management activities, including status reporting, timeline tracking and coordination of deliverables to ensure operational excellence.
Executing Marketing Strategy & Client Service
· Leverage enterprise marketing strategies developed by the Growth Marketing team, customizing for service line priorities to maximize efficiency and impact.
· Apply a consultative approach to create sustainable, measurable client value with a focus on patient and referral acquisition goals.
· Assist in scoping work efforts for paid and non-paid tactics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
· Support development of a client services model that tracks performance, ROI, and optimization opportunities; ensures timely issue resolution; and educates service line clients on best practices.
· Ensure all marketing activities and web properties comply with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Incorporate performance measurement and optimization strategies for paid and non-paid tactics to drive continuous improvement.
Vendor & Partner Management
· Manage external media placement partners and internal vendor relationships to ensure value creation, cost efficiencies and adherence to timelines.
· Oversee tactical implementation, media flowcharts and schedules to maintain operational excellence.
What qualifications you will need:
· Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred
· 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, operations or client services
· Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across a matrixed organization.
· Strong project management skills, including prioritization, scheduling and delivery against strategic objectives.
· Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal - with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics and influence stakeholders.
· Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to define issues, collect data and draw actionable conclusions.
· High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information; adept at managing political, cultural and legal considerations.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent work with team collaboration.
· Experience managing and maintaining SharePoint sites, including content organization, permissions, and workflow integration to support operations and stakeholder collaboration.
· Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations impacting healthcare marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in healthcare marketing or similarly regulated industries.
· Prior experience managing external media partners and internal partner relationships.
· Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and performance measurement frameworks.
· Advanced certifications in marketing technologies or project management methodologies.
· Experience integrating marketing strategies with CRM systems and shared services models.
