? About the Role
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Product Specialist to support and grow our Climate Control product line in Oshkosh. This role is ideal for someone with experience in contractor equipment sales who thrives in a relationship-driven, hands-on, and entrepreneurial environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will build new business, strengthen existing relationships, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service throughout the entire sales and rental process.

? Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities within the Climate Control product line.
Promote additional sales and rentals to existing customers while ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Visit customer locations for sales calls, product discussions, or training sessions (billed to the customer as appropriate).
Conduct independent sales calls and scheduled ride-alongs with KAMs and Territory Managers.
Maintain brochures, sales materials, and up-to-date product knowledge.
Complete all sales paperwork accurately and on time using company-approved forms.
Maintain accurate digital and physical filing of all documentation.
Enter complete stock and serial numbers on all orders.
Re-verify deals for accuracy and obtain all required signatures.
Manage customer databases (CRM) and keep contact information updated.
Collect down payments and assist with financing arrangements as needed.
Resolve product issues promptly for customers.
Notify the Credit Manager about customers with potential financial risk.
Follow all credit decisions unless written overrides are provided.
Maintain company vehicle according to manufacturer guidelines.
Follow all procedures in the event of an accident, including filing police reports and submitting to required drug testing.
Work all leads-via calls, emails, and visits-in a timely and consistent manner.
Expand lead databases and maintain communication with prospective customers.
Provide weekly plans or calendar access to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Keep customers informed of delivery timelines, setup schedules, and service updates.
Serve as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams.
Uphold ethical business practices and maintain strong professional relationships.
Adhere to company appearance standards (hooded sweatshirts allowed only during field demos, dangerously cold temperatures, or occasional Fridays).
Attend local trade shows and networking events as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
? Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years' experience in contractor equipment sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general Microsoft Office applications.
Strong business math skills, including ability to calculate margins, fees, and contract terms.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-through skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with branch leadership.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
